About Dr. Christine Johnston

Dr. Johnston is an Associate Professor in the Division of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the University of Washington School of Medicine. She is the co-medical director of the University of Washington Virology Research Center, a clinic dedicated to the study of epidemiology, natural history and therapeutics for viral infections. She has worked in the HSV field for nearly 20 years. She is passionate about improving management of genital herpes infections, and serves on the medical advisory board of Herpes Cure Advocacy.
