IDSA: The Science of Alzheimer’s & Infectious Diseases Symposium
The Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) is hosting their second annual Science of Alzheimer’s & Infectious Diseases Symposium
Advocates! Do you live in the Los Angeles area? This is a free event and a great opportunity to ask questions and advocate! More and more research is showing the correlation between Alzheimer’s and HSV1.
This symposium highlights research on the correlation between infectious agents or microbial communities with Alzheimer’s disease and promotes novel research in the field of microbial triggers for Alzheimer’s disease. Presenters will share accomplishments and research outcomes that may be beneficial to the larger ID and Alzheimer’s disease research communities in understanding the role of microbial pathogenesis in the course of Alzheimer’s disease.
